At SHOPLIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from its description on our website.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:

  • Personal care products
  • Innerwear and hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through your account or contact customer support.
  2. Provide order details and supporting photos/videos if required.
  3. Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.
  4. After inspection, the return will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued when:

  • A returned product passes inspection.
  • An order is cancelled before shipment.
  • The ordered product is unavailable.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products received

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be borne by SHOPLIX.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
