1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product received is significantly different from its description on our website.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or defective:
- Personal care products
- Innerwear and hygiene products
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products and downloadable content
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
- Submit a return request through your account or contact customer support.
- Provide order details and supporting photos/videos if required.
- Once approved, pickup instructions will be shared.
- After inspection, the return will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued when:
- A returned product passes inspection.
- An order is cancelled before shipment.
- The ordered product is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
5. Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for:
- Defective products
- Damaged products
- Incorrect products received
Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect products will be borne by SHOPLIX.
- For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
