Shipping Coverage

SHOPLIX currently ships across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service coverage.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary based on the destination:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products, categories, or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing tracking information.

Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Lost Shipments

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 7 days.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, SHOPLIX does not offer international shipping unless explicitly stated on the product page.
